Transformer Bushing

SA and SAU Series

Low Voltage 1.1 Kv to 3. 3Kv 250A-3500A | High Voltage 11Kv-52Kv 30A-1250A

Transformer bushing insulators are applied as a structure, carrying on conductor through a partition such as transformer tank and insulating it, incorporating the means of attached flange to the partition for medium voltage level. For Entire Range of Bushings Ratings from - 1 Kv to 52 Kv & - 100 Amp. to 5,000 Amp.
All outdoor bushings are manufactured and tested in accordance with IEC60137. Other Transformer bushing custom-made insulators can be supplied upon customer's request and specifications.

Transformer Bushing

ANSI Series

Low Voltage 1Kv 315A-1200A | High Voltage 10Kv-24Kv 30A-315A
正文:As a standard product we can offer ANSI range of bushings, These products cover the requirements of distribution and power transformer manufacturers. We can offer ratings from 1kV through to 24kV and up to 1200A with a wide variety of creepage distances to meet all environmental conditions.

Transformer Bushing

EN and DIN Series

Low Voltage 1.1 Kv to 3. 3Kv 250A-3500A | High Voltage 11Kv-52Kv 30A-1250A

As a standard product we can offer both historical DIN standard bushings and the latest EN range of bushings, These products cover the requirements of distribution and power transformer manufacturers. We can offer ratings from 1kV through to 52kV and up to 5000A with a wide variety of creepage distances to meet all environmental conditions.

Magnet Wire

200C G3 Series

Class 200C | Round size Φ0.300mm-Φ5.00mm | Film G3 and G2

Copper or aluminum wire that makes up the transformer coil. The choice of magnet wire and lead wire depends on a number of factors, including the necessary dielectric strength and temperature resistance, the transformer’s environment, and the size needed to carry the amount of electrical current required by the application. Ouwei electric sells a full line of magnet wire in all insulations, shapes, and sizes.

Foil Conductors.

1060 Series

Code 1060-O Temper | Thickness 0.2-3mm | Width 20-1650 mm

Copper and aluminum foils are used as conductors in transformer coils, Transformer aluminum foil is mostly industrial pure aluminum, commonly used models are 1050 aluminum foil, 1060 Aluminum foil, 1070 aluminum foil, the thickness range is 0.2-3mm, the width is 20-1650 mm, with good conductivity and thermal conductivity, high plasticity, good corrosion resistance, and can withstand the stretching and bending of various pressures

Oriented Silicon Steel

M4 Series

Code M4 | Thickness 0.23 - 0.5 mm | Width 50-1250mm

It has strong directionality, the lowest iron loss value in the rolling direction, the highest magnetic permeability, and a higher magnetic induction value under a certain magnetization field. The silicon content of oriented silicon steel is about 3%. It also requires a low content of oxide inclusions in the steel and must contain certain inhibitors (MnS, A1N).

Core Insulation

DDP Series

DDP 0.13mm-0.4mm | Crepe Tubing 3*5 to 19*25 | Kraft Paper 0.1-0.5mm

The primary insulating material between transformer coils and the magnetic steel,
core insulation is made of relatively thick insulating films, papers, or laminates. Ouwei electric slits these materials to specified dimensions and can also provide product in sheet form.

Transformer Valve

Bolt On Series

Bolt On Type | 50mm (Round) | 25mm-80mm (square)

Zero leakage for‘O’Ring sealing models. Forged steel body. 100% pressure testing for leakage through flap. Strong and sturdy construction for maintenance free service. Additional paint protection to any shade on request.

Tap Changer

Off-Circuit Series

Single, Three-Phase | Voltage of 10KV,35KV | Current of 30A ~500A

This kind of switch applies to single-phase, three phase , combination oil-immersed transformer electrical power with frequency of 50HZ,,60HZ,rated voltage of 10KV,35KV,rated current of 30A ~500A; the voltage-regulating mode are: central part, terminal point neutral point, which can be directly fixed on the tank cover of the transformer, exchange under the off-circuit condition.
